Business Automation
We build the automations that move data between your tools, trigger the right actions, and stop your team from being the thing holding two systems together.
Where WolfStax fits.
Somewhere in your business, a person is manually moving data between two systems that should just talk to each other. Multiply that by every team, every day, and it adds up to a lot of hours nobody signed up for.
We watch how the work actually happens, find where it breaks down, then build automation that moves data reliably and triggers the right action at the right time, quietly, in the background.
- Hours back every week that used to go to manual data entry
- Fewer dropped handoffs between systems and people
- A clear record of what happened and when
- Faster turnaround on the stuff that used to sit in someone's inbox
How it actually goes, step by step.
No fluff phases, just the steps that get a project from idea to something running.
Map
We watch how the work actually happens and find where it breaks down.
Design
We figure out an automation that fits your stack, not a generic template.
Build
We build it, test it against real cases, and make sure it holds up.
Observe
We keep an eye on it after launch and tune it as things change.
Common questions.
With a call. We ask a lot of questions about what's actually going on, then send over a short technical breakdown of what we'd build and how, before you commit to anything.
It depends on what you need. There's no single price that fits every project. Most projects start with a short discovery phase at a fixed price, then move to delivery based on milestones once the scope is actually clear.
You do. Whatever we build, code, prompts, pipelines, docs, is yours at the end, full stop, unless we've agreed to something different upfront.
If you want us around after launch, we offer optional retainers for monitoring, fixes, and ongoing improvements. If you'd rather have your own team take it from there, that's fine too, it's your system.
Automate the work that shouldn't be manual.
Book a call and walk us through the manual stuff. We'll tell you honestly if automation's the right fix.
