We collect only what we need to run WolfStax. Nothing more.

• Contact details you share, name, email, company, and anything you tell us via chat, form, or a strategy call.
• Site usage data, pages viewed, referrer, device type. Logged automatically by our hosting infrastructure. We do not track you across other sites.
• Chat messages, stored so our AI assistant maintains context across a conversation and so our team can review inquiries.

We use what we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiry and deliver work you’ve engaged us for
• Operate the AI chat assistant, including maintaining conversation history
• Schedule and manage discovery calls
• Improve our site and tools over time
• Maintain security and troubleshoot technical issues
• Meet our legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for unrelated advertising. We do not train third-party AI models on your messages beyond generating a direct reply.

Only the third-party services we use to run the business. Each is bound by its own contract and processes data only on our instructions.

• AI processing, for powering replies from our chat assistant.
• Scheduling tools, for managing discovery calls and bookings.
• Hosting and infrastructure, for running our website, application, and database.
• Email infrastructure, for transactional and enquiry-related messages.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety. In a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may transfer as part of that transaction.

We use a single first-party, essential cookie: a randomly generated session identifier that keeps your AI chat conversation continuous if you return to the site. It does not track you across other websites and is not used for advertising.

We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site analytics trackers. Some embedded tools, like our call-scheduling calendar, may set their own cookies when loaded. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, though disabling essential cookies may affect chat functionality.

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time.

We keep chat conversations and inquiry messages for as long as needed to operate the assistant and handle your request, or until you ask us to delete them. Contact and booking information is retained as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable business records.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

All data sits in encrypted-at-rest databases inside reputable cloud providers. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-restricted database access, and secure, HTTP-only session cookies that cannot be read by page scripts.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information with reasonable technical and organizational measures.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, tools, or legal requirements. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for 30 days.
